My experience with Chinese to be pretty much what they stated. I get most frustrated by the presumed agreement only to be summoned to a meeting a few days later to go over the whole thing again. And again. I actually spent a whole year on just one issue back and forth, assumed it was agreed to only find that they had agreed that we would not be responsible for the issue but that they gave it to someone else to do it. Knowing, I believe we were pretty thorough on the discussion – it took a year of talking, that it would adversely impact operations and process. You’re killing smalls.
