Americans should stop saying they are so busy, because it’s not true

When I got to #3 and #4 it was like reading my mind. When I was a contractor each hour of the day meant pay or not; each hour needed to be accounted for including the hours I slept and just relaxed. The concept in #3 is why I can’t sit still and have to always be doing something, even sitting on the couch I have something else going on. Rare to not be multitasking even when I should be relaxing.
